Garage Band's secret trick - How do I change the tempo of the beat or loop?

Hi all! In this post I'll take a look at the video in which I told you how to change the beat tempo in Garage Band.

It can be worth the time for a beginner to figure out how to change the tempo of a beat sample loop.

That is why I decided to make this tutorial in which in my opinion everything is clear and easy.

So in order to change the tempo of the loop you need to double-click on the loop track then the settings for this track will open from below.

We find in the settings "keep up the pace" and check the box.

Thus, when you change the BPM - tempo of the project the loop's tempo will change accordingly and it will change its tempo according to the metronome.

As I said above it is very easy but it takes time to figure it out the first time.

And unlike FL Studio Garage Band does it very easily and quickly.

There is no complicated interface with many incomprehensible characters.

But I want to say something in favor of FL Studio: I really liked the set of instruments plug-ins drums especially the sound of a live accordion and there are a lot of live instruments there.

I hope this post has served as a guide for someone in their musical endeavor.

I wish you lots of inspiration!

If you have any questions about writing beats in Garage Band please contact me I will be happy to help with what I know.

Happy listening!
