Appears some project by the name of "Pepe finance offers a Pepe debit card through Union Bank that can be loaded with cryptocurrency with a "Pepe wallet".

With Pepe Wallet, users can easily fund their UnionPay prepaid cards directly from their wallet balance menu. These prepaid cards work like debit cards, but they don't require linking to a bank account. Users can deposit fiat or cryptocurrency into their prepaid card and use it to make purchases worldwide.
