RE: PEvO original whitepaper (2016) - 2026 revision

I think a small correction is necessary, as I recall that what Ned Scott and Daniel Larimer presented in 2016 was the STEEM blockchain. From this blockchain, a hard fork was created in 2020, giving rise to the HIVE blockchain.
The historical reasons for this hard fork and its consequences have been the subject of study and are still frequently mentioned in discussions within certain specialized contexts regarding what can happen when there is an aggressive takeover of blockchain governance and the potential reactions from the users who make up the active community of that chain.
Moving on to another topic, I'm curious if you plan to allow sharing original material in this online magazine that has already been published in another free magazine, or if sharing material that is for general reference and freely available through feeds is permitted.
I took the original whitepaper from 2016 and search & replaced steem with hive, it's more of a test post - the properly revised version will be posted when the platform leaves beta.
Articles that have a DOI can be imported, with a link to the original source. There won't be much moderation (at least that's the plan right now), if an author is accredited they can publish anything they want, nothing speaks against re-publishing something that was posted elsewhere.
