The Hidden Beauty of Flowers

We often overlook many wild plants and vegetation, but we often overlook them. They may seem insignificant to us, but there's a hidden beauty hidden within these wild plants. One such beauty is the beauty of flowers emerging from these wild plants.
But on my journey today, as I stepped into a rice paddy, I clearly saw wild plants growing among the grass and other weeds, blooming beautifully. Bright red and yellow colors adorned the flowers. This flower is called lantana, as our people call it. Small petals cluster together to form a beautiful flower.
The small branches are green and flexible. Tiny, thorn-like hairs adorn the branches of this lantana flower. The flowers grow between the leaf axils. This is one of nature's beautiful paintings.
Although the flowers are small, the leaves are wide and large, with a deep green color. They have clearly visible leaf fin lines.
On closer inspection, I saw small green fruits and small black ones. The green ones were still young, while the black ones were ripe and mature. I didn't expect this wild plant to bear fruit in addition to its beautiful flowers.
This is a wild lantana plant that I found on the edge of grass and weeds near a rice field in North Aceh, Kuta Makmur district. The wild plant I found was almost a meter tall among the other grass and weeds. I hope you enjoy the images I've shown.
