RE: The Lies Beneath

I don't really rely on first impressions. How clean and presentable they are can be good, but I've seen rich people dress so casually [shorts sneakers] in a lot of events. There was a time when it was 'in' for the rich to wear 'worn' looking clothes; those with holes. What I do look at, is how people treat those 'below' them or those who work in the service industry.

We were talking about this too - do rich people "dress up" or do they just get dressed? :)

I think it depends on the level of richness. Once they're filthy rich, they care more about comfort than what other people think. They can of course still dress up for events and occasions.
