I bought one yesterday too. Since they plan on adding rewards for held vials, I might consider buying more. As for your question on how many to guarantee getting all 4 starters, I don't think they've released any odds yet. I would assume there is a 25 percent each, so if you are very lucky you can get them all with 4 vials. If you get duplicates, you can just trade with others. Or if you want to help the team, keep buying vials until you get all 4 haha.
