Buenos dias, hoy estoy muy contento por traerles este post lleno de buenas energias y hermosas fotos dentro de una reserva natural de Portugal famosa porque esta ubicada a pocos minutos de Lisboa, hoy me encuentro en la reserva natural de Sintra, tenia como objetivo realizar una caminata de 2km para llegar a una laguna escondida muy bonita en medio de la naturaleza! disfruta mi experiencia.🌏🌳🌼

Good morning, today I am very happy to bring you this post full of good energies and beautiful photos inside a nature reserve in Portugal famous because it is located a few minutes from Lisbon, today I am in the Sintra nature reserve, I had the objective of making a 2km walk to reach a very beautiful hidden lagoon in the middle of nature! enjoy my experience.🌻📚🌄
Un paisaje encantador🌳🏃♂️ / An enchanting landscape🙇♂️👩🦯
Para llegar a la laguna debemos primero pasar por un palacio muy famoso en Sintra que pertenecio a una familia inglesa por muchos años, no quiero centrarme en el palacio porque tengo un post reservado para el, sin embargo mientras caminamos un total de 4km vamos pasando por un conjunto de ecosistema que son señalados de acuerdo a su vegetacion, por ejemplo: (mexico, asia, norte america) y en cada ecosistema vemos diferente especies de plantas lo que amo de Sintra es su clima muy humedo que puede ser seco en verano pero en invierno bastante frio permitiendo crecer muchas plantas de todo el mundo.🌳🌼🌏
To get to the lagoon we must first pass through a very famous palace in Sintra that belonged to an English family for many years, I do not want to focus on the palace because I have a post reserved for it, however as we walk a total of 4km we go through a set of ecosystems that are marked according to their vegetation, for example: (mexico, asia, north america) and in each ecosystem we see different species of plants what I love about Sintra is its very humid climate that can be dry in summer but quite cold in winter allowing many plants from all over the world to grow.🌿😲🚩🌲
Nuestro objetivo hoy es mas de disfrutar el paisaje que hacer ejercicio, venimos con ropa abrigada y nos tomamos un tiempo largo para recorrer todos los kilometros necesarios hasta llegar a la laguna, pasamos por un pequeño rio natural que se produce como consecuencia de la condensacion y humedad de la zona, en el parque se creo una cascada artificial para dar un toque especial a los visitantes😮👧
Our objective today is more to enjoy the landscape than to exercise, we come with warm clothes and we take a long time to travel all the necessary kilometers until we reach the lagoon, we pass through a small natural river that is produced as a result of condensation and humidity of the area, an artificial waterfall was created in the park to give a special touch to visitors🙇♂️
Creo que Sintra es de los pocos sitios que nos ofrece la posibilidad de respirar aire puro de la montaña y liberar tension, algo tan simple como caminar en la naturaleza puede traer salud y bienestar a nuestras vidas! me llamo la atencion que hay un area donde se explica con un cartel como ocurre el proceso de descomposicion de la madera, a largo plazo cuando las ramas o un tronco caen en el suelo se convierten en habitat y alimento para otros animales, imaginate cuando el tronco estaba en "pie" habitaban aves pero cuando cae al suelo ahora habitan insectos y es por eso que dicen que un simple arbol puede albergar hasta 10 especies de animales o mas!🌏🌼🌳
I believe that Sintra is one of the few places that offers us the possibility of breathing pure mountain air and releasing tension, something as simple as walking in nature can bring health and well-being to our lives! I was struck by the fact that there is an area where a sign explains how the wood decomposition process occurs. In the long term, when branches or a trunk fall to the ground, they become habitat and food for other animals. Imagine when the The trunk was "standing" birds inhabited but when it falls to the ground now insects inhabit and that is why they say that a simple tree can house up to 10 species of animals or more!🐿🦉🦗🐌🕷🐞

Entre las rosas que son flores muy comunes en muchas partes del mundo hay una especie que llamo mi atencion por los colores de su flor y son las Kniphofia estas plantas son "bulbosas" y son originarias de Africa, apesar de ser de climas tropicales aqui en Sintra no tuvo problemas en crecer, son muy bonitas y decoran bien el paisaje, en este parque tambien hay un area donde vemos mas de 6 especies de rosas😍🌲🌏🌼

Todos nosotros probablemente alguna vez en nuestra vida hemos visto liquenes en la naturaleza y pocos sabian pero ellos son indicadores ambientales, su presencia es unica en ambientes muy humedos, son comunes en el bosque profundo mediterranico, y algunas especies solo crecen en ambientes que son limpios y libres de contaminacion😮👧

La aplicacion de google me ha ayudado bastante al momento de identificar algun tipo de planta, como curador del topico de botanica siempre trato de estar actualizado con estos temas y bueno hoy me tope con muchas plantas que nunca habia visto y consegui identificar muchas con la aplicacion! si vienes de vacaciones a Portugal y quisieras visitar el parque junto con el palacio son 8 euros por persona.🌄🌼🌏
The google application has helped me a lot when identifying some type of plant, as a curator of the topic of botany I always try to be up to date with these topics and well today I came across many plants that I had never seen and I managed to identify many with the application ! If you come on vacation to Portugal and would like to visit the park together with the palace, it is 8 euros per person.🚩🌳🌿🌻
Aqui vemos un ejemplo de varios tipos de plantas procedentes a varios lugares del mundo, dentro del parque podemos hasta fotografiar algunas plantas que son acuaticas estabamos apenas por mitad de camino y habiamos aprendido y disfrutado inmensamente!🌲😄

Nunca fui una persona de conformarme con lo que aprendi en la universidad, siempre trato de ir mas alla de mis conocimientos, trato de aprender todos los dias cosas nuevas, en la naturaleza hay "conocimiento finito", creo que hago bien en tener esta actitud porque en un futuro proximo pienso transmitir todo lo aprendido a mis hijas y crear personas que saben el verdadero valor de la naturaleza!🌄🌏🌼
I was never a person to settle for what I learned at university, I always try to go beyond my knowledge, I try to learn new things every day, in nature there is "finite knowledge", I think I do well to have this attitude because in the near future I plan to pass on everything I have learned to my daughters and create people who know the true value of nature!🧠📚😍👨
We arrived at the wettest area of the park and it is because a small stream passes here, it is called "the valley of the ferns" in reference to the fact that we can see several species of Filicopsidas planted in an area of 2 hectares the park itself has more than 50 hectares is quite large😮👧
Llegamos a la zona mas humeda del parque y es porque aqui pasa un pequeño riachuelo, se llama "el valle de los helechos" en referencia a que podemos ver varias especies de Filicopsidas plantadas en un area de 2 hectareas el parque en si tiene mas de 50 hectareas es bastante grande🙇♂️
La plantacion de arboles y plantas exoticas data de principio del siglo 19 osea que muchas tienen mas de 100 años, sin embargo como esta area es protegida por el estado Portugues se estima que hay algunas plantas autoctonas de Portugal que tienen mas de 200 años como por ejemplo el arbol del corcho, oliva.🧠🌼🌏

La laguna de los mosqueteros bautizada asi por un grupo de senderistas que llegaron a ella por primera vez realizando un "sendero oficial en los noventas", fue creada artificialmente por la camara municipal de Sintra para ayudar a las personas a recolectar agua para las siembras, con el tiempo la laguna dejo de tener un uso para la agronomia y se convirtio en un lugar para visitar en familia🧠👨👨🏫
The Musketeers Lagoon, named after a group of hikers who came to it for the first time on an "official trail in the 1990s", was created artificially by the municipal council of Sintra to help people collect water for planting. Over time, the lagoon ceased to be used for agriculture and became a place to visit with the family.🌳🚩🌲🌄📚
La caminata hacia la laguna tuvo una duracion de mas o menos 30minutos y no es facil, porque esta en uno de los puntos mas elevados de sintra y hay que tener una resistencia y experiencia para no cansarte xD cosa que nos sucedio a mi y mi esposa! sin embargo caminando bien despacio pudimos llegar a la laguna y completar nuestro objetivo! un dia fantastico lleno de hermosas fotos!🦾🦾
The walk to the lagoon lasted more or less 30 minutes and it is not easy, because it is in one of the highest points of Sintra and you have to have endurance and experience not to get tired xD something that happened to me and my wife ! however, walking very slowly we were able to reach the lagoon and complete our objective! a fantastic day full of beautiful photos!🌳🌏🌊🌊
