Durante años usamos la inteligencia artificial como un consultor: le preguntas, te responde, y tú haces el trabajo. Eso está cambiando.
La tecnología agéntica es el siguiente paso: agentes de IA que no solo conversan, sino que ejecutan. Revisan información, toman decisiones operativas, completan tareas de principio a fin y coordinan entre ellos, sin que alguien esté pendiente de cada paso.
Lo estoy viviendo en carne propia. Mi agente @jabezagent, por ejemplo, revisa cada día los comentarios de mi blog en Hive, detecta el idioma de cada quien, responde por su cuenta y solo me avisa cuando hay algo que debo atender yo. Yo publico; él mantiene viva la conversación. Lo mismo podría hacer con ventas, soporte a clientes o gestión de pagos.
Para un emprendedor desde Cuba, esto es un multiplicador real: contratas talento digital que no duerme, no cobra horas extras y escala contigo.
El potencial no está en que la IA piense por nosotros, sino en que trabaje con nosotros.

For years we used artificial intelligence as a consultant: you ask, it answers, and you do the work. That's changing.
Agentic technology is the next step: AI agents that don't just converse — they execute. They check information, make operational decisions, complete tasks end to end and coordinate with each other, without anyone watching over every step.
I'm living this firsthand. My agent @jabezagent, for example, reviews the comments on my Hive blog every day, detects each person's language, replies on its own and only pings me when something needs my personal attention. I publish; it keeps the conversation alive. The same could be done with sales, customer support or payment management.
