Identification label design [ENG- ESP]
Greetings to all the faithful makers of this community, I'm Nitsu and I want to share with you a little work I developed for my boss. The slogan was simple, he needed to create some identification labels for cable because in my work we are in charge of automating buildings to make them intelligent pairs, we use many meters of cable for this and a practical way to give them maintenance over time is to have them identified to facilitate this part of the work.
Saludos a todos los makers fieles de esta comunidad, soy Nitsu y quiero compartirles un pequeño trabajo que desarrolle para mi jefe. La consigna era simple, el necesitaba crear unas etiquetas identificatorias para cable ya que en mi trabajo nos encargamos de automatizar edificios pares hacerlos inteligentes, utilizamos muchísimos metros de cable para esto y una forma práctica para darles mantenimiento con el tiempo es tenerlos identificados para facilitar esta parte del trabajo.

Al comienzo mi jefe me mostro una etiquetadora que se encuentra en venta en el mercado, el problema era que venía de afuera y era muy cara en mi país Argentina es difícil traer cosas del exterior debido a los altos impuestos aduaneros así que toco ponerme manos a la obra.

Luego de varias muestras e intentos llegue a este resultado, una pequeña pieza rectangular con dos agujeros de cada lado para pasar un pequeño precinto y fijarlo al cable, la idea era imprimir el nombre del cable para clasificarlo y colocarlo sobre la etiqueta.
We thought of a cover that would fit and be made of translucent material, but we discarded the idea and replaced it with transparent heat shrink, a simpler and cheaper solution, although when applying heat to the heat shrinkable material we must be careful not to degrade the PLA label, this is a detail that I did not take into account, but later I plan to print the labels in a material that resists better the temperatures like PETG.
Se pensó en una tapa que encastrara y estuviera hecha de material traslucido, pero se descartó la idea y se la reemplazo por termocontraible trasparente una solución más sencilla y económica, aunque al aplicar calor al termocontraíble hay que tener cuidado de no degradar la etiqueta de PLA, este es un detalle que no tuve en cuenta, pero posteriormente pienso imprimir las etiquetas en un material que resista mejor las temperaturas como el PETG

Es bastante útil, Cuando se hace ese tipo de trabajos, es mejor tener identificados los cables, luego el mantenimiento y el servicio resulta más sencillo. Montones de veces me toco hacer servicios de mantenimiento a compresores y cavas y nadie sabía donde estaban los breakers o el control.
