Now let me tell you my experience. Earlier, I used to drink very little water a day. I would only drink three-four glasses. Then I would see that even doing a little work would make my body tired, my head would feel heavy. My digestion would not be good either. Later, I gradually changed my habits. Now, I drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as I wake up in the morning, and then I try to drink at least 7-8 glasses throughout the day.The results are quite noticeable.
