My thoughts on oxygen and what scientists say.

Greetings to everyone,
Hope everyone is well. Today I would like to talk about something that we use every day, but we don't think much about its importance. The topic is oxygen.

We cannot see oxygen with our eyes, it has no color or smell. But this invisible thing is our real hope for survival. Of all the gases in the air on earth, almost one part is oxygen. That one part provides energy to our body. When we breathe, oxygen enters the body and starts working in every cell. And without that energy, we cannot walk, talk, or even think. The relationship between oxygen and plants is truly amazing. When sunlight falls during the day, plants absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen in return. That oxygen is the hope for our life. On the one hand, we are sustaining the trees, and on the other hand, the trees are sustaining us. This is like a strange compromise of nature.

There have been times in my own life when I have understood the true value of oxygen. Once I got sick and started having difficulty breathing, the doctor gave me oxygen. Before that, it felt like air was trapped in my chest, but after taking a few minutes of oxygen, I felt like I was alive again. That experience taught me that every breath is actually a priceless gift.I also felt a lack of oxygen while traveling. When I ascend to a mountainous area or go very high, I suddenly gasp for air. Then I realized that the air that we take for granted in the plains is not easily available at high altitudes. The body becomes weak because there is less oxygen in the air. This experience made me understand more deeply that life cannot be imagined without oxygen.

I also noticed that when I stand next to a tree or walk in the garden in the morning, I feel a different freshness. When the cold air enters my chest, it feels like my body and mind are getting refreshed together. Maybe it is because there is more oxygen in the air at that time.In scientific terms, the food we eat breaks down in the body to create energy, and the role of oxygen in that work is immense. The substance called glucose is of no use without the help of oxygen. That is, the body can use the food we eat only when there is enough oxygen.

Finally, I would like to say that we often do not realize the value of oxygen. We breathe countless times every day, but we realize its value only when it is difficult to breathe. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all of us to save the environment, plant trees and take care of nature. Because nature is giving us this priceless gift, and if it stops, life will also stop.
