Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you some of my experiences about sleep. I have experienced the importance of sleep many times in my own life. Before, I used to work late at night or spend time on the phone, and the next day I would always feel tired, less focused, and stressed. Then I realized that sleep is not just rest, it is really necessary for our body.
From my experience, sleep is very important for the body. When I started getting enough sleep, I noticed that my body felt much stronger, my immunity increased, and I could do my day's work easily. Especially, during a good night's sleep, the body's hormones work properly.
On the other hand, sleep is also very important for the mind. When I try to learn something new or plan a work, everything comes to my mind much clearer after sleep. I have noticed that on days when I sleep less, it becomes much more difficult to make decisions, I feel upset, and I feel a kind of pressure. For this reason, I now try to ensure 7–8 hours of sleep every night regularly.
My habit is to use my mobile less before going to bed at night, eat light meals, and sleep in a quiet environment. These small habits have made my sleep much better. Also, I try to get some sunlight during the day and do light walks or exercises, these also improve the quality of sleep.
From my own experience, I will say that sleep is not just rest, it brings many benefits to our body if we sleep properly, our attention, memory, mood are all good. So I would tell everyone to give importance to good sleep for themselves, and create a regular sleep habit. This is not only essential for health, but also for our happy life and mental peace.
