I think, they have to make the draft of the blueprint with all the specifications of the materials needed, the number of the workers and the number of days to complete the building including also the electrical, plumbing, drainage, the color, etc. Then, the Final Blueprint.

But before all of the above, what matters most, is the design prescribed by the project owner or the owner of the building. All the rest will follow. That's just my simple observation mam @dehai. Maybe, some ideas are missing here. Asking for other Hive members to give their ideas, too. Thank you mam for your support.
