For Android users I really recommend Google's Snapseed app. Completely free and full of useful image editing features. I use it quite a lot when I'm feeling a bit lazy to open the laptop, and want to test a few tweaks.

I've never tried it, how about you make a post about the application and showing its tools?
Maybe, I'll have to run around shooting some clips of things to edit and test out. Sounds like a post that'd take a lot of effort and time at the moment :(
