Since yesterday I have been working on this and yet there is no solution. Since past one year I have not booked a Gas cylinder at my Mumbai home and because of that my linked number is deactivated. Last week I wanted to book it and I tried to do it just the way I was doing it before, which is by calling and there I get to know that my connection is deactivated since I have not used it for this last one year I am not able to book it online. I called up their customer support and they told me that I need to do the eKYC formality to book the gas cylinder. For that the person advised me to download the app and do it online.

There are so many steps to do this, first my mobile number again needs to be linked and activated to the consumer number and after that I can do the eKYC. For that I have to first link my Aadhar, now the Aadhar app is also giving me an error. Yesterday I spent almost 2 hours and since today morning again trying to fix it up, but too many technical blocks and I am feeling frustrated now, because of so much of complexity for one simple process to be completed.

And guess what after so many hours of my time gone in it, now the app itself is not opening, and I feel like bashing up the person who has created these apps and chaos. On the face of it looks so simple, but while doing it, giving me so much of painful time. I am giving up finally as there seems to be no resolution. Again I am left with no choice but to request my neighbor to book it on my behalf whenever I have needed in the past also. Looks like the problem will only get resolved when I go back to India and visit their office personally.

Even though I understand that I have wasted lot of time around this, tomorrow I will give it one more try. As of now this is the status, the app does not open :-(

These are the things which get annoying, with advanced technology also there are no solutions, it is all so complicated and time consuming. It's still 2 months till I travel back to India, till then I will have to manage it somehow. My son stays back in Mumbai so he needs it. He cannot even do these things on my behalf as it's registered in my name, so only I can do it from my phone number....phewww, it's all so complicated. I am giving myself a break for today on this matter.
