Check out this week @Indiaunited weekly contest #18 question: "Which website or application do you spend most of your time on?"

If this question would have been asked 3 months back my answer would be Hive without any exaggeration. Because that was the fact I spent most of my time making blogs and on engagement on Hive. But lately it has changed since these last few months.

As some of you are already aware of my new home venture which I am offering on rental for home stays, so nowadays my whole focus is on promoting my property. After all this is going to be my regular source of income once I permanently shift to India, so I need to put a lot of energy at this point of time to make it popular. In the recent times I have been spending most of my time on Instagram. I want to keep creating new content of my property and sharing it with the audience. I am trying to build up my audience here and promote my villa for homestays. These days almost the whole world is on Insta and it is easy to promote anything here.

Along with Insta I use the YouCut video editor also very frequently to edit the videos. It's a very convenient tool and gives very good results. This video editing tool is very simple to use, I can mix up photos and videos and create a reel, music can be added, different effects can be given, speed can be adjusted. In short I can customise it the way I want the output to be. I tried using many different video editor apps but from all this one I find the most convinient.

The another app that stays open the most on my laptop is the Microsoft tools like power-point, word where I keeps creating my content, excel worksheets, that's where I maintain all my records. Thanx to the technology for making life easy. Honestly I am not a very tech savvy person, so these simple tools kind of help me in my work and I am happy with the output they give so I do not need to get into complicated things.

I guess the next couple of months I am going to be busy with these things only. I do not like to be much on the phone or laptop so I am always keeping a track of my total media time spent during the day. Lately it has increased but I am sure as it settles down and things get on track I will also be able to reduce this media time.
