Hi to all - PukuGreetings/PukuSaludos, Im a Professor in the most important Art University of my country Venezuela, and Im going to show you some of theirs art pieces, this first time its about Stains, they are VERY talented so I hope that you like our showroom.

This project will mix music, sound and creativity to generate works of art linked to our Latin American traditions, taking as a reference all the art of the original peoples of the American continent. This its the first exercice.

Este proyecto fusionará la música étnica, el sonido y la creatividad para generar obras de arte enlazadas en nuestras tradiciones latinoamericanas tomando como referencia todo el arte de los pueblos originarios del continente americano. Este es el primer ejercicio.

The Mark/Stains: An Abstract and Concrete Concept
The mark is the most honest element of visual language: it cannot feign. A mark is the direct imprint of a decision, a gesture, a speed, a pressure. The student begins here: not with controlled drawing but with the free mark, the automatic mark, the mark as the first act of presence on the plane.

The mark in art history: from handprints in Paleolithic caves to Jackson Pollock’s action painting. The connection to dripping as a political gesture: Pollock did not “decorate”; he overflowed the boundaries of the canvas as a container.

La mancha: concepto abstracto y concreto
La mancha es el elemento más honesto del lenguaje plástico: no puede fingir. Una mancha es la huella directa de una decisión, de un gesto, de una velocidad, de una presión. El estudiante comienza aquí: no con el dibujo controlado sino con la mancha libre, la mancha automática, la mancha como primer acto de presencia en el plano.

La mancha en la historia del arte: desde las impresiones de manos en las cuevas paleolíticas hasta el action painting de Jackson Pollock. La conexión con el dripping como gesto político: Pollock no «decoraba», desbordaba los límites del cuadro como contenedor.
