Seguimos avanzando en nuestro proyecto. Estamos ya entrando en la fase final. Seguido a los perfiles de las alcantarillas les mostramos aquí ahora los detalles constructivos de las mismas. En esencia, existen para este trabajo dos variantes según su tipo de entrada:
Alcantarilla con entrada y salida tipo registro:


*Recalcar que la entrada de este tipo responde a las condiciones del terreno, donde hubo necesidad de colocar el tubo bien por debajo de la rasante del canal.
*Esto, para dar continuidad al paso por encima de la alcantarilla sin necesidad de provocar una elevación.
*Para este caso, el tubo será de hormigón, con los diámetros ya especificados según el cálculo hidráulico (300-500 mm).
*El tubo irá apoyado sobre una losa de hormigón masivo; el recubrimiento será igualmente de hormigón masivo con resistencia (Rbk) de 20 MPa.
*Los registros de entrada y salida serán de hormigón armado. (El detalle del reforzamiento será elaborado por un proyectista estructural).
*En la parte del canal a la entrada y a la salida del registro se colocará una protección con enrocamiento como se especifica en el plano.
Alcantarilla con entrada y salida continua.


*Esta variante corresponde a los casos donde el terreno permite una nivelación entre la rasante del tubo y el fondo del canal sin que sobresalga la parte superior de la alcantarilla por encima del terreno natural.
*El tubo, al igual que el caso anterior, es de hormigón.
*El prepiso y el relleno sobre la corona del tubo es de hormigón masivo, igual de 20 MPa.
*A la entrada y salida de la alcantarilla se colocará una embocadura de hormigón masivo.
*Se colocará una protección con enrocamiento a la entrada y salida de la alcantarilla.

We continue to move forward with our project. We are now entering the final phase. Following the culvert profiles, we are now showing you their construction details. Essentially, there are two variants for this work depending on their inlet type:
1.Culvert with manhole-type inlet and outlet


*It should be noted that this type of inlet responds to the terrain conditions, where it was necessary to place the pipe well below the canal invert.
*This is to provide continuity to the crossing over the culvert without the need to cause an elevation.
*For this case, the pipe will be made of concrete, with the diameters already specified according to the hydraulic calculation (300-500 mm).
*The pipe will rest on a mass concrete slab; the encasement will likewise be made of mass concrete with a strength (Rbk) of 20 MPa.
*The inlet and outlet manholes will be made of reinforced concrete. (The reinforcement detail will be developed by a structural designer).
*In the section of the canal at the inlet and outlet of the manhole, riprap protection will be placed as specified in the drawing.
2.Culvert with continuous inlet and outlet:


*This variant corresponds to cases where the terrain allows alignment between the pipe invert and the canal bottom without the top of the culvert protruding above the natural ground.
*Just like the previous case, the pipe is made of concrete.
*The subfloor and the backfill over the pipe crown are made of mass concrete, also 20 MPa.
*A mass concrete headwall will be placed at the inlet and outlet of the culvert.
Riprap protection will be placed at the inlet and outlet of the culvert.
