AMAZING BENEFITS OF COCONUT...(Coconut water and Coconut Milk)

The coconut is indeed an amazing fruit!the coconut tree is referred to as "tree of life", because almost every part of the tree can be used for something.

The coconut meat is nutritious and can be eaten raw or used in recipes.the coconut water is not refreshing and hydrating.the shell can be used for utensils,bowels and other items.even the coconut husk can be used In making mats,ropes etc.oil can also be gotten from coconuts..it is truly a versatile and useful plant!

Basically,I would love to talk about coconut water and coconut milk
coconut water is a good source of electrolyte such as potassium.it is also a source of antioxidants, which are important for protecting cells from damage.it is also of a great health benefit for blood pressure and kidney health.Also it is a good source of vitamin B and C.

Coconut milk is a source of healthy fats(MCTs),these fats has benefits for weight loss,as they are more likely to be burned for energy than stored as fat.Coconut is also rich in lauric acid,which contains antiviral properties..

difference between coconut water and coconut milk:.
Coconut water has a mild, slightly sweet taste that many people find refreshing while coconut milk on the other hand,has a stronger richer and sweeter flavor than coconut water.coconut water is highly perishable and needs to keep refrigerated, while coconut milk can be stored at room temperature.

in conclusion, coconut as a tree is a sacred fruit with each body part useful..
