I will have to watch what you have to say about the Moon landings later. I still believe we actually did go largely in part because I used to have a 6 DVD set of footage from Apollo 17 and if they were just filming cuts in a studio it would have made no sense to film all the waiting around to get in position and all that.
Plus other nations don't seem to dispute it and those Indian missions took pictures of a couple of the landing sites.

These images could be faked obviously but I don't really see a reason for another nation to do that.
I don't like the premise that we haven't been back though. When it was 20 or 30 years that was one thing but at this point we should have been back or another nation should have made the point to get there. I'm surprised China hasn't put massive effort into getting there.
yup for sure. I think the Artemis Moon missions will actually put a permanent base on the Moon within 10 years..
