Ecology: Conservation Biology and the (Current) 6th Mass Extinction

In this video, I go over conservation biology, which is the study of conserving Earth's biodiversity by protecting species from excessive rates of extinction and restoring damaged habitats. According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), around 50% of all species will be extinct within 50 years, and mainly due to increased human activity and global population.
