Reset User Preferences in FreeCAD
Hello friends welcome to FreeCAD Tutorial in our previous tutorial we have learned How to change background color in FreeCAD in this tutorial we will learn how to reset user preferences in FreeCAD. FreeCAD provide full flexibility to customize FreeCAD as per our requirement but sometime setting may conflict to fix this we must have to reset User Preferences in FreeCAD that we will learn in this article.
Click on Edit and then Preferences and in bottom area you will get option of reset click on it your FreeCAD setting will be get reset.
If you still face issue to reset your FreeCAD setting then type %appdata% in windows search bar. as shown in below image.
Once folder get opened open the FreeCAD folder.
Once you open the folder you will get user configuration file select and delete it as shown in below image.
Once you restart FreeCAD this user configuration file will be get generated automatically.
