This small yet fascinating flower caught my eye while walking in the cool atmosphere of this morning This white flower standing tall in the middle of the grass is called Bhringraj flower whose scientific name is Eclipta prostrata It is a medicinal plant flower which is easily seen in the rural areas of our country This flower looks small with a light yellowish round center in the middle and thin white petals on all sides In the middle of the green leaves soaked in the soft light of the sun this flower is like a silent poem of nature Although Bhringraj flower is not a big and magnificent flower its beauty lies in its simplicity This small flower standing in the middle of natural grass and other bushes seems to say I am but I am not proud I am ordinary yet beautiful Its white petals look like fine cotton and the small yellow tube shaped structure in the middle is delicately arranged Its beauty is not visible until you look closely but once you see it, your mind is filled with peace.

This small flower and plant are not only beautiful they have extraordinary medicinal properties The Bhringraj tree is commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine The oil made from its leaves and flowers is known to be very beneficial for hair It is used to prevent hair loss eliminate dandruff and even help keep hair black In addition Bhringraj is also widely used in liver problems Therefore this flower plays an important role not only for eyesight but also for health This flower grows in a very ordinary environment without cultivation it easily grows in fields roadsides ponds and even abandoned places around houses Yet people often do not realize the beauty of this flower Such silent beauties of nature bring peace to our minds and bring a touch of peace to our eyes Seeing this flower it seemed that there are many people in our lives who may be very ordinary but they are also invaluable in their own places They help spread light not with their own light but with the light of others.
