Students represent a crucial demographic that requires extensive education about the details of blockchain and Web3 technology.

Engaging with tech students at a prominent university in Ghana, I had the opportunity to interact with a select few. Despite their active presence on various social media platforms, it appears that many of them spend considerable time without deriving significant benefits from these platforms.

This behavior is not entirely their fault, as they have yet to be introduced to the secrets and various advantages of Web3 and blockchain. The Hive Ghana community is committed to guiding students from various universities into the realm of blockchain and Web3 technology. We firmly believe that this initiative will unlock numerous opportunities and job prospects within the job market.

Furthermore, it is important to highlight some misconceptions that students in Africa have about blockchain and Web3.

Notably, internet usage is relatively expensive in Ghana; however, those with access can leverage the benefits of the blockchain and Web3. Students can play a pivotal role in introducing many Ghanaians to the blockchain, provided they gain a comprehensive understanding of its functionality.
