Social media challenge WAR PEGASUS shattered armour
Ever been in the battle arena against an opponent with sturdy shield that takes multiple attacking damage to reach it health? There are monster's with high shields and there are those with combined shield and health, facing such monster in the battle seem very challenging especially in a ruleset that requires only use of range attacker or melee attacker that focus first on a monster shield before affecting it's health, there are players that up their game play by combining shield repair monster along with good defensive shield and health for their lineup tank, how do we come up against such opponents in the battle arena the simple solution against sturdy shield monsters is none but the WAR PEGASUS a life element monster that completely destroys a monster shield with a single attack.
WAR PEGASUS
There are 607,691 current printed unit of this life monster in circulation war pegasus at level one has flying ability with combine shattered ability with it's flying ability at level one it has high chance of evading range and melee monster with a +plus 25% chance it highest level is level 8 with demolarize ability which reduce each opponent monsters by -1 unit in speed and attacking power
WAR PEGASUS best used
Unlike magic attacking monsters that reduces a monster's health leaving out it shield, monsters with melee, range, opportunity and snipe ability monsters need to first reduce a monster shield before it's health when given ruleset such as armored up where monster have additional shield or when only on a range attacking ruleset WAR PEGASUS will come very handy as it increase a tank chance of penetration it exposes a tanks health with one attack giving other monsters mirror opportunity to strike fast and eliminate a tank.
Combining WAR PEGASUS with strong slashing attacking monsters with high speed and attacking ability will best give the player high chance of winning a battle.
WAR PEGASUS are best suited to be placed in the backline of a battle ground although if an opponent comes up with multiple sneak attacking monsters it could be easily eliminated it doesn't attack when in front position coming up with war pegasus in a battle ruleset requires a good combo of mana cost cap.
Battle detail/ruleset
For this battle ruleset common and rare monsters were used this means legendary monster and gladiators will not be used in this ruleset leaving each player to choose the best lineup for this ruleset there is no exception of kind of abilities to be used in this ruleset.
It's a 37 mana cost cap battle for both players we can therefore choose monsters with high health stat for out tanks and also make good choice of frontline tank my opponent came up with life element while I also choose life element monsters for this battle to show case war pegasus fighting ability when combined with good tank.
Battle lineup
DRYBORN BARBARIAN Best combo used with WAR PEGASUS as it has 50% increase in speed and attack when it's not in full health and have high chance of evading an opponent frontline tank dryborn barbarian has the enrage ability that could easily eliminate an opponent monster with one or two strikes it has good health of 10 unit and good chance of attacking without missing.
SHIELDBEARER second list on my lineup with it taunt ability my opponent monsters will be focused on my SHIELDBEARER while my other monsters will be attacking from different sides as it names being a SHIELDBEARER means it can equally stand multiple attacks before finally been eliminated from the battle it doesn't attack from second position but will come very handy with it shield and good health stat.
VENARI CRYSTALSMITH Sometimes little things does matter in the battle every monster is very useful with it healing ability and it range attacking from third line it will be use to support my frontline tank by adding plus three health to my frontline monster which will increase it prolong chance in the battle.
PELACOR ARBALEST on my fourth lineup is another range attacking monster with double strike attack it attacks monsters on an opponent frontline when in first position it lose it attacking ability although it has a very low health stat it can inflict lot of damage on an opponent lineup with it double attacking strikes.
WAR PEGASUS placed as the last line because of range attacker and also don't attack when in frontline it will apparently be used to aid my frontline monster to easily eliminate my opponent monsters by destroying their shield with one attack which is barely missed.
My strategy
For this battle my strategy was to combine WAR PEGASUS alongside DRYBORN BARBARIAN to easily eliminate my opponent battle formation since there is high chance my opponent will be coming up with good shield monster my PEGASUS will be used to remove those shield while my frontline with it 50% speed and attack do the rest of the job by on the other side my healing monster will be there to support my frontline while my double strike range attacker does another high damage on my opponent there is little chance of surviving all these multiple attacks.
Battle arena
It was a quick wrapped battle with the aid of WAR PEGASUS my DRYBORN BARBARIAN was able to infiltrate my opponent lineup easily since their shield was of little effect in this battle also PELACOR ARBALAST with it double strike did cause quite a lot of damage my opponent sneak monster with it high slashing attack and speed did also cause some damage but was removed at the last round at the end my taunt monster was eliminated although it served it purpose in the battle by causing distraction.
Round 1 the battle started in favour of my opponent inflicting multiple damage on my taunt monster but still end up losing their frontline with multiple strikes from my lineups.
Round 2 at the end of round one my opponent already lose their tank along with their second line monster while my taunt was also eliminated at this round.
Round 3 at this round the battle was decided leaving my opponent have to accept defeat while I'm crown victorious at the end of the battle.
WAR PEGASUS may not be the best option monster to be used as a frontline but can be used to increase chance of winning battle especially when a ruleset involves used of armour or when an opponent comes up with sturdy shield monsters that are hard to penetrate then WAR PEGASUS will do all the necessary work of getting rid of an opponent shield.
