Secret battle mage lost legendary

Legendary monsters in splinterland are unique collection having any of them could boost one's playing abilities and also increase players power since this week ruleset requires playing without legendary monster I will opt my playing strategy and choose different element for this week play.

For centuries legends have been made they are heroes of our time and history will always be kind to them for their role played in time past with that been said today we will be focusing on those who ain't legends but their role as well are very much significant in the world.

Below is the battle link played using earth element this time around I got hold of my opponent by defeating them with my strategy.

Battle ruleset

No legendary monster used is this weeks battle ruleset this simply implies monsters with unique characteristics of legendary will not be used during this battle ruleset that been said if you're knee to playing battles with legendary monster this time you have to navigate and rely on other monster to play, taunt monster could be of great advantage in this kind of battle although if an opponent comes up with multiple magic attackers the taunt could be easily eliminated using good shield repair and protective monsters can be quite effective for this ruleset as well.

In this ruleset 33 mana cost cap was given for each player to select their lineup monster, this time I will be choosing earth element for this ruleset because of it multiple magic attack monster as well as a healing repair monster since it's a high mana cost I could easily come up with some good monsters for this battle my opponent on the other hand choose from water element to come up with is lineup monsters.

UNICORN MUSTANG This monster has a good slashing attack of 3 also good for tank with it's high health it also come it a shield making it best monster for tank rule, it has an additional ability to reduce 50% damage from magic attackers.

REGAL PERYTON a magic attacker with high speed and good attack ability it has good chance up 25% chance of evading melee or range attack monsters with none flying ability placed next to my tank to support my frontline monster as a backup.

GOBLIN PSYCHIC this monster role can't be overlooked when it comes to choosing monsters from earth element it ability to heal frontline tanks and also attack opponent frontline monsters makes it very important for this battle.

MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN for the first or second round of the battle MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN will take incoming attackers from my opponent monsters being a taunt monster comes with this responsibility also having a good health makes it very good for this task while my monsters will be focusing on evading my opponent lineup my opponent will be busy with my taunt monster.

MYCELIC MORPHOID a melee attack monster with no special abilities I placed it at the back line to support my healing monster when my taunt monster is probably eliminated from the battle.

My strategy

For this battle my UNICORN MUSTANG was placed as the tank because of its high speed and attacking power it can also reduce magic attackers from my opponent battling this ruleset can be very unpredictable so I came up with a monster that could counter magic attack with it good health my healing monster on the other hand will be here to support my frontline tank with it plus three health repair and also counter attack on my opponent frontline it will work hand in hand with my frontline monster, REGAL PERYTON has good speed as well with good magic attack coming three strong magic attack monster it will be challenging for my opponent to withstand all these attacks, my taunt monster will be helpful as well when taking all attacks from my opponent by attacking my opponent frontline tank.

The battle lasted six rounds at the end of the rounds only my taunt monster was eliminated from the battle leaving my remaining four monster to tell the tale of the battle.

Round 1 in the first round my opponent tank was eliminated since I came up with multiple magic attackers my opponent frontline shield was of no use as it could not be used against magic monsters damage.

Round 3 my opponent second line monster was eliminated in this round striping off my opponent the chance of winning the battle with multiple damages from my monsters there's no where to run to.

Round 4 my opponent opportunity monster which was causing several damage was eliminated.

Round 5 with two range attackers remaining on my opponent frontline seems the winner have already been decided.

Round 6 final strike on my opponent to conclude the battle.
