Mushrooms on Our Old Speaker

‎I find mushrooms growing right inside our home.

Recently, I spotted it from our big, old speaker. ‎

This speaker has been with us for years, and over time, the wooden casing has become damp from the humidity in our place. And that turned out to be the perfect spot for nature to do its thing.

‎When I noticed them, there were exactly two growing side by side.
‎



‎
‎They had these lovely yellow-brown caps and clean white stems, almost like tiny umbrellas that had opened just for a moment. They were also quite small.
‎

I’ve always loved finding mushrooms outdoors, but never imagined I’d find them growing at home.

‎The very next day, I went back to take a closer look, but they were completely gone. I thought I’d get to watch them grow a little more... But yeah. They just grow and vanish in the blink of an eye. 😅

‎They can pop up anywhere there’s a little moisture and wood, and can find a home in every corner.
‎
‎Good thing I found it and took a snap before it disappeared.
‎
