In the business line, I have been privileged to meet a lot of people who have different perspectives on how businesses are being run. looking at the topic today distinguishing between the one-man business and the joint one trying to see from various perspectives which one is better or let me say safer but I know a lot have their choices and reasons for picking any of the two so for me I will talk on both of them.

For those who don't know what a one-man business means, I will explain as I go further in the post. The one-man business is just like owing a particular company which is directed by just a single person and all form of business is carried out by one person a single person is the provider of the capital for the start-up of that business and he gets to employ anyone that he prefers will do the job well for him, we have a lot of one-man business in the world but I won't list any of them. for every advantage in a business is also presence of the disadvantage but at first will be dealing with the advantage of the one-man business compared to the joint business.

Making up of mind easily: In a one-man business it is very easy to decide and make up the mind to carry out a certain task and why it is of advantage is that there is no need for setting up meetings with others just to make a certain decision no matter how it might be and this is what is known as the board of directors in any company. So the decision is made easily. Quickly talking about the disadvantage is that even if the decision of one man is very harmful to the business, there won't be anyone to go against the decision made because it is not a joint business, In the joint, various heads will come together to give a decision and it might not end well because there can be partiality in decision making.

Problem solving: Just like decision making. the problem issue is also like that and for a business no matter how small it is, problem will arises and for a one man business to think will be very itense and finding a solution might be very fast and for a joint one the decision might be slow because ideas are coming from different people so when a conclusion is met and they are satisfied with it, that is when the next step to solve the problem will be carried out.
