I once again managed to find a young mantis on a mango tree in front of my house. Judging from its appearance, this particular mantis has most likely already entered the juvenile stage, and its color has also changed to green. We can tell that when a mantis is still very small, its color is usually black with white patterns, but this color will continue to change to green as it grows.

What surprises me is that the population of this mantis has become quite large. In fact, nowadays I can almost find this mantis anywhere, both in front of my house and inside my plantation.
However, I am not panicking or worried at all about the presence of these mantises, because mantises do not eat leaves like most other types of grasshoppers. Mantises are carnivorous animals that eat various kinds of small insects, such as aphids and planthoppers, so the presence of this mantis is actually a good thing because it becomes a good friend to farmers.
