I once again managed to find a leaf beetle inside my house. This beetle has a very unique shape, with an oval body and strong legs for gripping. However, this beetle is completely harmless to humans, and we can touch and hold it.After searching for information about this insect on Google, I discovered that it really is attracted to light at night, which is why I often find this beetle inside my house.
This beetle is also very wild and easily startled. It immediately flew away when I tried to approach it, but I managed to photograph it when it landed on the tablecloth on my dining table. What makes this beetle interesting is its very unique color, which is yellowish-brown or golden, with fine lines on its hardened wing covers.
Although this particular beetle is harmless to humans, we should still not underestimate this insect because leaf beetles can be serious pests for plants. Adult beetles can feed on various types of leaves and plants growing in plantations, making them natural enemies of farmers.
