This is a small grasshopper that I managed to find at the edge of a rice field. This particular grasshopper has a yellow color, along with black patterns all over its body. Its beauty can really be seen when we look at it from a closer distance.
This grasshopper has a very large population in my area, so its presence is a major concern for many people, especially for farmers in the rice fields. I personally really like the shape of this grasshopper and its unique-looking color, but I also do not like its behavior because it can damage various types of plants, causing many plants to become damaged or even die, although that is one of the ways grasshoppers find food.
There was a funny moment when I tried to photograph this grasshopper. It did not fly away, but instead kept hiding from me. It kept walking along the branches of the plants, making it difficult for me to photograph it.
Of course, this was also a stroke of luck for me, because I managed to capture these funny moments. Sometimes, this grasshopper even managed to hide its entire body behind a plant branch, except for its eyes LOL.
