Antes de comentarles de qué se trata, debo decirles que he probado otras alternativas a esta y solamente he encontrado una que me ha brindado tantos beneficios como la que les voy a comentar a continuación.

Esta opcion de dejar la pestaña leyendo mientras uno esta haciendo otra cosa se puede configurar con el tiempo que uno desee en las opciones de configuración la tengo fijada en 5 minutos.

Pueden pausar haciendo uso de las teclas "Alt" + "P", pueden parar haciendo "Alt" + "O", y las demás opciones que pueden ver en el cuadro que les dejo, como adelantar y retrasar el texto.
