Finally... after such a long time away, today I'm back with the best news in the world: I've graduated!

¡Así es! Ya tengo el título en mis manos: soy oficialmente Licenciada en Bioanálisis. Este es un pequeño vlog para compartir con ustedes cómo viví estos días tan emocionantes y especiales.

That's right, I already have my degree in my hands: I am officially a Bioanalysis graduate. This is a little vlog to share with you how I lived these exciting and special days.

Comenzamos con la firma del libro, una tradición muy esperada. Muchos piensan que es como en las fotos, un momento solemne en un salón especial… pero en la Universidad Central de Venezuela firmamos en la taquilla de la Secretaría. Algunos dirán que no es tan simbólico, pero para mí fue mágico.

We start with the book signing, a long awaited tradition. Many think it is like in the pictures, a solemn moment in a special room... but at the Universidad Central de Venezuela we signed at the Secretary's office. Some might say it's not so symbolic, but for me it was magic.

Ver mi nombre allí y dejar mi firma fue una de las sensaciones más increíbles de mi vida. Fue como decirme a mí misma: "¡Sí, esto está pasando de verdad!".

Seeing my name there and leaving my signature was one of the most incredible feelings of my life. It was like saying to myself, “Yes, this is really happening!”.

Luego, el lunes 7 de julio, celebramos la misa de grado en la hermosa Iglesia La Chiquinquirá, ubicada en La Florida. Todo fue tan lindo, tan mágico… me sentía en una película. Me puse la camisa de mi promoción y ese pantalón amarillo que tenía guardadito para una ocasión especial.

Then, on Monday July 7th, we celebrated the degree mass at the beautiful La Chiquinquira Church, located in La Florida. Everything was so beautiful, so magical... I felt like I was in a movie. I wore my graduation shirt and those yellow pants that I had saved for a special occasion.

El jueves 10 de julio fue la imposición de medallas, un acto organizado por la Facultad de Medicina de la UCV. Todo fue hermoso, lleno de emoción y orgullo. Y debo decir que mi outfit fue un acierto total: me arriesgué con un maquillaje diferente, labios intensos, y le di el protagonismo a mis rizos, que se robaron todas las miradas.

On Thursday July 10 was the imposition of medals, an event organized by the Faculty of Medicine of the UCV. Everything was beautiful, full of emotion and pride. And I must say that my outfit was a total success: I took a risk with a different makeup, intense lips, and I gave the limelight to my curls, which stole all the looks.

Finalmente, el viernes 11 de julio, llegó el gran momento: el acto de conferimiento de título.

Finally, on Friday, July 11, the big moment arrived: the degree conferring ceremony.

Ese día recibí mi título universitario y con él, una emoción indescriptible. Años de esfuerzo, desvelos y lucha se resumieron en ese instante tan significativo. No hay palabras suficientes para explicar lo que sentí. Solo puedo decir que esto no es el final, es apenas el comienzo de un nuevo camino lleno de sueños, metas y ganas de seguir creciendo. 🩷🩷

That day I received my university degree and with it, an indescribable emotion. **Years of effort, sleeplessness and struggle were summed up in that significant moment. I can only say that this is not the end, it is just the beginning of a new path full of dreams, goals and desire to continue growing. 🩷🩷
