Hola amigos, por lo general no suelo hacer muchas reviews de productos, ni buenas ni malas, pero en esta ocasión no puedo evitar compartir con ustedes mi experiencia respecto al teclado de marca china Imexx, como fue usándolo y si lo recomiendo o no que ustedes lo usen.
Hello friends, I usually do not usually do many product reviews, neither good nor bad, but this time I can not help but share with you my experience with the Imexx Chinese brand keyboard, how was using it and whether or not I recommend that you use it.
Hace un año mi hermana y yo comenzamos a sentir la necesidad de mejorar nuestro equipo de trabajo, ya que el anterior aunque había sido muy bueno y duró muchos años, ya comenzaba a fallar, así que reunimos nuestros ahorros y decidimos comprar una computadora nueva, una I7 de cuarta generación de marca HP, que aunque no es lo más top del mercado es indiscutiblemente mucho mejor y más eficiente que el anterior equipo por obvias razones, es mucho más moderno y el precio tampoco estaba mal, 380$ en comparación con los precios que yo había visto anteriormente creí que era una buena opción, así que después de ver el anuncio me dirigí a la tienda para ver la máquina en persona.
A year ago my sister and I began to feel the need to improve our work computer, since the previous one although it had been very good and lasted many years, it was starting to fail, so we gathered our savings and decided to buy a new computer, a fourth generation I7 of HP brand, which although it is not the top of the market is unquestionably much better and more efficient than the previous computer for obvious reasons, it is much more modern and the price was not bad either, $380 compared to the prices I had seen previously I thought it was a good option, so after seeing the ad I went to the store to see the machine in person.
Cuando llegué a la tienda y probaron el equipo me pareció genial, así que decidí comprarlo, a pesar de que me di cuenta de que no todos los accesorios eran de marca HP, solo el monitor y el CPU, tanto el teclado como el mouse eran de marca IMEXX, pero como no eran los elementos más importantes no le di importancia y me fui a casa con mi nueva adquisición.
When I got to the store and they tested the equipment I thought it was great, so I decided to buy it, even though I noticed that not all the accessories were HP branded, only the monitor and CPU, both the keyboard and mouse were IMEXX branded, but since they were not the most important items I didn't give it any importance and went home with my new acquisition.
Como todavía estábamos usando el equipo anterior no necesité instalar el nuevo por un tiempo, además, ya lo habían probado en la tienda y nada podía salir mal ¿no es así? al menos eso creí, pero el día que instalé el nuevo equipo todo iba perfectamente, excepto por el teclado. A ver, a mi me gustó mucho al principio ya que es un modelo ultra delgado y por ende muy liviano, además de que ocupa poco espacio en el escritorio.
Since we were still using the previous computer I didn't need to install the new one for a while, besides, they had already tested it in the store and nothing could go wrong, right? at least I thought so, but the day I installed the new computer everything went perfectly, except for the keyboard. Let's see, I liked it a lot at first because it is an ultra thin model and therefore very light, plus it takes up little space on the desktop.
La caja dice que es compatible con todos los sistemas operativos, que tiene una alta calidad y confort, así que no creí que hubiese problema alguno y la verdad es que estuvo funcionando bastante bien durante el día.
The box says it is compatible with all operating systems, high quality and comfort, so I didn't think there would be a problem and it was actually working quite well during the day.
Sin embargo por la tarde empezó a fallar, las teclas parecieron volverse hiper sensibles y cada vez que yo tipeaba una, se escribían dos letras o a veces no escribía ninguna, esto me volvía loca 😵 😣, de modo que decidí desenchufarlo y volver a enchufarlo pero todo seguía igual, no funcionaba correctamente. De esa forma decidí hacer valer la garantía y lo empaqué de nuevo para llevarlo a la tienda para que lo cambiaran, tal vez me habían dado uno defectuoso.
However in the afternoon it started to fail, the keys seemed to become hyper sensitive and every time I typed one, it would type two letters or sometimes none at all, this drove me crazy 😵 😣, so I decided to unplug it and plug it back in but everything was still the same, it was not working properly. That way I decided to assert the warranty and packed it up again to take it to the store to get it replaced, maybe they had given me a defective one.
En efecto, en la tienda me recibieron con amabilidad, probaron el teclado y se dieron cuenta de que funcionaba bien, pero al rato se manifestaba el problema de que las teclas no tipeaban o tipeaban dos veces las letras, así que me dieron uno nuevo y yo regresé a casa contenta. Instalé el nuevo teclado (de la misma marca) y todo marchó bien, hasta luego de usarlo un buen rato, por la tarde empezó a manifestar el mismo problema. Llamé a la tienda y me dijeron que ya habían recibido quejas de a otra cliente acerca del mismo problema. En esta ocasión me pidieron regresar a la tienda con el CPU para ver si había algún error de compatibilidad con el teclado, así que le pedí el favor a mi papá para llevar el CPU, esperando hallar una solución.
In fact, the store received me kindly, tested the keyboard and found that it worked fine, but after a while it manifested the problem that the keys did not type or typed the letters twice, so they gave me a new one and I went home happy. I installed the new keyboard (of the same brand) and everything went fine, until after using it for a while, in the afternoon it started to manifest the same problem. I called the store and they told me that they had already received complaints from another customer about the same problem. This time they asked me to return to the store with the CPU to see if there was a compatibility error with the keyboard, so I asked my dad to bring the CPU, hoping to find a solution.
Ellos le hicieron mil pruebas y al parecer todo marchaba bien, de hecho lo probaron y no hubo problemas, aunque yo sabía que al regresar a casa todo seguiría igual porque el problema solía manifestarse por las tardes, cuando ya lleva mucho tiempo de uso, es como si viniera con un límite de tiempo en el que puedes usarlo sin problemas y luego cuando "se cansa" comienza a manifestarse ese molesto problema de las teclas, me sentí frustrada y decidí no regresar más a la tienda, ya que no podían cambiar el teclado por uno de una marca distinta ya que solo tenían IMEXX, el cual desde luego me dejó una muy mala impresión. No sé si a alguno de ustedes les ha sucedido lo mismo o si exista alguna solución, pero la única que yo le encontré a mi problema fue comprar un teclado nuevo porque el de esa marca no me gustó en lo absoluto, tuve una mala experiencia con él y evidentemente no lo recomendaría jamás.
They did a thousand tests and apparently everything was fine, in fact they tested it and there were no problems, although I knew that when I returned home everything would remain the same because the problem used to manifest itself in the evenings, when it has been in use for a long time, it is as if it came with a time limit in which you can use it without problems and then when it "gets tired" starts to manifest that annoying problem of the keys, I felt frustrated and decided not to return to the store, since they could not change the keyboard for one of a different brand since they only had IMEXX, which of course left me a very bad impression. I don't know if the same thing has happened to any of you or if there is any solution, but the only one I found to my problem was to buy a new keyboard because I didn't like the one of that brand at all, I had a bad experience with it and evidently I would never recommend it.
Y bien amigos esa fue mi experiencia, probablemente ustedes conozcan la solución al problema, pero yo creo que no es cuestión de solución, ya que en un par de ocasiones fui a la tienda donde me cambiaron el producto por otro y luego hicieron test de compatibilidad en el CPU, sino que esa marca no es muy recomendable, al menos en cuanto a teclados de computadora se refiere.
And well, friends, that was my experience, you probably know the solution to the problem, but I think it is not a question of a solution, since on a couple of occasions I went to the store where they changed the product for another and then they did a compatibility test. on the CPU, but that brand is not highly recommended, at least as far as computer keyboards are concerned.

Sin lugar a dudas es una buena marca y no es tan costosa. Muy parecida a la marca Dell. Saludos

Cámbialo, porque esa marca es buena. Te lo digo con propiedad porque los vendía y los uso. Saludos
Es que amigo, si lees el post te darás cuenta de que lo cambié, hice valer mi garantía, lo cambié por otro y no funcionó, luego llevé incluso el CPU para que le hicieran un test de compatibilidad y nada, tampoco funcionó, así que no tuve más remedio que comprar otro, y por eso le hice la cruz, de hecho, el mouse que también es de esa marca me empezó a fallar y también tuve que comprar otro aparte.
No había entendido esa parte entonces. Oye a usted como que le quisieron meter gato por liebre. Esa mercancía como era tapa amarilla. Gracias a Dios solucionaste que es lo más importante 🙌🙌🙌

Hola @mairene1 no conozco esa marca, y no se de marca me gusta y le tengo confianza a la Dell te la recomiendo. Gracias por compartirla con nosotros.
La marca Dell sí que es buena, le tengo mucha más confianza.

It is actually comfortable but of very poor quality, due to everything I explained in the post.
Que triste que hayas tenido uan experiencia asi con el teclado en especifico. hay que revisar que vas a comprar para no tener estos problemas asi, yo siempre reviso reseñas del producto en youtube para asegurarme. ojala alguien aqui pueda darte solución, mucha fuerza!
Gracias linda, lo que sucede es que no puede revisar reseñas ni nada de eso porque vi que la PC era HP y creí que todos sus accesorios también lo eran, luego de haber pagado me di cuenta de que tanto el teclado como el mouse eran de esa marca malísima.
