It's really serious how we went from barely getting off the ground to having our watches remind us to breathe and heart rate and weather, blood pressure, so many things. Sometimes I wonder if we're getting too dependent on all this smart stuff though 🤔 because AI came in and when chatgpt server goes down some friends actually panic

I feel the same way @madaug, worried about our dependence upon the Smart technologies and other similar advancements. I remember growing up without a television, mobile phone, home appliances and tools, such as laundry machines, and the ever evolving computer.
I guess that's progress. But at what expense? I appreciate you stopping by and leaving your thoughts.

Very true, and the scary thing is technology keeps improving and we see a growing number of fully dependent young ones. At some point a lot may not be able to do anything meaningful without the help of technology.
I surely hope that's not the case and society doesn't succumb to it.
