In this monsoon season, Shapla is found almost everywhere. Of course, we have to buy and eat this thing in our city. However, it is during this season that Shaplar curry is eaten. Shapler data

shrimp fish

Step - 1

First I peeled off the Shapler data and cut it into small pieces. Then I washed them clean.

Then I took the Shaplar data in a pan and put it in the oven and added some salt. I made it like this. No need to add extra water because the water comes out of them already.

After boiling, strain it separately from the water. And let it cool for a while.

After that, I fried chopped onions and chopped green chillies in a pot with enough oil. Then add salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and garlic.

After that I gave shrimp fish and lentils.

After that I washed everything well with some water.

Finally, I put the boiled shapla data in the pan and cooked them for some time. When it was cooked well, I removed it from the oven.
