I scooped up some of that compost with a shovel and moved it to the source, gently mixing it with the disturbed soil. It is important not to compact it so that it remains loose.

Once the seeds were scattered, I proceeded to cover them gently and lightly with sand, to make a minimal layer. Then, I poured water. The next day, I watered with a sprinkler and water to moisten the soil, and again on the second day, watering it three times a day.

We saw the surprise on the third day, when the seeds reached the stage of germination and we saw the birth of some seeds. By the fourth day, we had a very good result, friend. Almost all the seeds had become life, hundreds of new plants growing.

In this case, I grew them to see the fountain beautifully for a moment and to make mustard sprouts, which are very nutritious for human health. After 4 and 5 days, we already had the almost complete formation of the sprouts, and on the 6th and 7th day, we already had them ready for consumption.
En este caso, las cultivé para ver bonito un momento la fuente y para hacer germinados de mostaza, que son muy nutritivos para la salud humana. Luego de 4 y 5 días, ya teníamos la formación casi completa de los germinados, y al 6 y 7 día, ya los teníamos listos para el consumo.
These plants can be consumed in rice, like Chinese rice, to make sauce or guasacacas, which are very divine. Well, everyone uses it as they see fit. I, in particular, like to make guasacacas and pamper my daughters by making empanadas and adding guasacacas to them. It is my solution to discreetly give them the proteins contained in chia and mustard sprouts, since if I give them alone, they reject them.
Estas plantas se pueden consumir en arroz, como el arroz chino, hacer salsa o guasacacas, que son muy divinas. Bueno, cada quien le da la utilidad que mejor le parezca. Yo, en particular, me gusta hacer guasacacas y consentir a mis hijas haciéndoles empanadas y echándoles guasacacas. Es mi solución para darles discretamente las proteínas que contienen los germinados de chía y mostaza, ya que si se los doy solo, me los rechazan.
That is a practical idea that I give to my reading friends who have children like me and worry about their children's nutrition, because sometimes we don't know how to give them the proteins that vegetables contain. We grow our own vegetables at home and thus we are sure of what we put in our children's mouths, since we do not use poison or pesticides, but natural insecticides created by the composition of non-chemical natural elements.
Esa es una idea práctica que le doy a los amigos lectores que tengan hijos como yo y se preocupe de la alimentación de sus hijos, que a veces no sabemos cómo darles las proteínas que contienen las verduras y hortalizas. Cultivamos nuestras propias hortalizas en casa y así estamos seguros de lo que llevamos a la boca a nuestros hijos, ya que no usamos veneno ni plaguicidas, sino insecticidas naturales creados por la composición de elementos naturales no químicos.
Over time, pesticides and chemicals consumed little by little do not harm the body in various organs that affect them. We can avoid this by creating at home, as I explained here, various models and planting your own vegetables and legumes at home, free of pesticide contamination.
Con el tiempo, los pesticidas y los químicos consumidos poco a poco no dañan el cuerpo en diversos órganos que los afectan. Podemos evitar eso creando en casa, como expliqué aquí, diversas maquetas y siembra en casa tus propias hortalizas y legumbres, libres de la contaminación de los pesticidas.
