That was so scary to read 😠but I'm so glad everything turned out fine.
Touch wood, I or no one close to me has never had to face these to difficult situations, though I'm sure keeping a positive mindset helps to make things easier, including recovery
Don't forget to look after yourself as well whilst you're on taking care of your husband

One of my heroes in history is Florence Nightingale. I've not only read about her, but I have read her notes. She was so attentive to a patient's comfort. To her, the environment in which a patient recovered was as important as any medicine administered.
I do, but when you've been married as long as we have (53 years) it's hard to separate one interest from the other. Plus he is much loved. I have wonderful children and a very fine cat :). It's a team effort.
