In the Light Fantastic

Depending on the phase of the moon, nighttime downtown can be a fun place or a chaotic urban-scape with an edge. Gotta keep those peepers open, but for the most part it's an enjoyable experience. The city is a shifting organism, always mutating.

I was in the area the other day for hamburger reasons, when I came across this alley. I usually see it during the day without the lights on, but this time I saw that the lamps were lit up. Several of them were off, from the looks of it. Electrical malfunction? Criminal mischief? Blown out fuses? Welcome to Night City.
