Hola queridos geeks de hive, hoy les traigo algunas actualizaciones acerca de este post en el que les estuve contando de cómo me iba con la organización de un evento. Igual que el anterior espero que les sirva de ayuda y experiencia o al menos lo tomen de referencia cuando entren en estos temas. Ahora si vamos con el blog.

Bueno ya esta cada vez más cerca la fecha (si, ya fijé una fecha para el torneo), y por ahora el principal tema es el lugar en donde se va a realizar. Tuve la ayuda de alguien quien me proponía uno muy bueno que cuenta con varias condiciones como tv's que pudiera usar para transmitir las partidas y un espacio cerrado pero donde pueden entrar muchas personas, el problema es que no lo puedo conseguir antes de la fecha especificada, y el objetivo es cerrar el año habiendo dado la actividad así que decidí hallar alguna alternativa. De todos modos en los futuros ya si podría contar con ese. Ahora, tengo pensado un local el cual me deben confirmar hoy si puedo usar o no, que para lo que quiero hacer podría estar bastante bien. Estoy esperando justo la confirmación para pasar a temas de campaña y marketing del evento.

Ya tengo listos flyers para imprimir y los de las redes, estaba trabajando además en el tema del premio porque ya no serán solo PvP's sino 5vs5, esto por una encuesta que realicé entre posibles participantes. Por lo que el premio debe ser para 5 personas (me la ponen difícil jajaja) pero nada que no pueda resolver (hay un meme por ahí de esto, el cuál no entiendo por cierto). Me puse en contacto con una persona que también me va a ayudar para esto.

AH! Olvidaba mencionar, un tema importante en la organización de este tipo de eventos es la hora en que se va a realizar. En los grandes eventos de videojuegos presenciales el juego se hace uso de un servidor local y no online, aquí por supuesto no vamos a contar con eso, y por temas de conexión sería bueno realizarlo en horas de la noche que es cuando el internet mejora pero no nos podemos reunir a esa hora. Entonces tiene que ser temprano en la mañana, cuando aún son buenas las conexiones.
Lamentablemente el internet de Cuba no es nada bueno, pero no voy a hablar de ese tema acá ni tampoco dejamos que nos limiten. Así somos los gamers 😎.

De todos modos no nos dificulta mucho jugar, y la verdad cada vez tienen más nivel los cubanos en cuanto a juegos virtuales lo cual me llena de orgullo. Por lo menos yo sueño con estar en alguna competición oficial algún día 😁, pero por el momento a seguir organizando esta para que quede bien.

Bueno no quiero irme sin haberles mostrado algo mínimo de lo que tengo preparado pero tampoco quisiera enseñar mucho jjj a ver....bueno les voy a mostrar más o menos cómo quedan los posters (puede ser uno de los premios)

Hello dear hive geeks, today I bring you some updates about this post in which I was telling them about how I was doing with the organization of an event. Well, the date is getting closer and closer (yes, I have already set a date for the tournament), and for now the main topic is the place where it is going to be held. I had the help of someone who proposed me a very good one that has several conditions like TV's that I could use to broadcast the games and a closed space but where many people can enter, the problem is that I can't get it before the specified date, and the goal is to close the year having given the activity so I decided to find some alternative. Anyway in the future if I could count on that one. Now, I have a place planned which should be confirmed to me today if I can use it or not, which for what I want to do could be quite good. I am just waiting for the confirmation to move on to campaign and marketing issues of the event.

I already have flyers ready to print and those of the networks, I was also working on the issue of the prize because they will no longer be only PvP's but 5vs5, this for a survey I conducted among possible participants. So the prize should be for 5 people (they make it hard for me lol) but nothing that I can't solve (there's a meme out there about this, which I don't understand by the way). I got in touch with a person who will also help me for this.

AH! I forgot to mention, an important issue in the organization of this type of events is the time it is going to be held. In the big face-to-face videogame events the game is made using a local server and not online, here of course we are not going to have that, and for connection issues it would be good to do it at night, which is when the internet improves but we can not meet at that time. Then it has to be early in the morning, when the connections are still good.
Unfortunately, Cuba's internet is not good at all, but I'm not going to talk about that issue here, nor do we let them limit us. That's how we gamers are 😎.
