Two types of beautiful caterpillars in the wild
Good morning everyone, this morning I want to share an interesting experience while exploring the forest near my house yesterday, so last weekend I didn't go on holiday to the beach like the previous month, I went for a walk in the forest to find various hidden gems, yes that's it has become my habit since actively publishing my photography here, so yesterday when I was walking in the forest I found two very beautiful types of caterpillars, and this discovery of course made me even more grateful because I was still given the opportunity to see these things. beautiful in life, so thanks very much universe for the beautiful creatures you met on the weekend.
for the first, I found a caterpillar with a brown body, however, the entire body of the caterpillar was filled with fine hairs with a bright yellow color, I was amazed when I saw these caterpillars in large groups, usually I find caterpillars living separately, but yesterday's discovery was very different, they coexisted on a leaf at a height, it was truly beautiful and stunning.
some of you may be familiar with the first type of caterpillar that I found, yeah you are right, this is "Delias hyparete" which will turn into a beautiful butterfly or often also called a "common jezebel" butterfly, and this takes time what a long time it takes to become an adult butterfly, if you have ever visited Asia maybe you can easily find the butterfly I mean, they are usually in city parks or in locations with lots of Ashoka flower trees, because these butterflies are very love Ashoka flower essence, so you will find them easily there.
now I want to show you some photo beautiful caterpillars that I first found hanging on the leaves of the mistletoe, this caterpillar is above my head and it is about two meters, this caterpillar is behind the leaves of the mistletoe tree (Loranthus) so now let's look at it up close;
this is when I found them, look at them casually hanging there, it really amazed me when I saw them there.
I thought about picking the mistletoe leaves so that I could capture some close up pictures of the caterpillar, now you can see all the photos of the caterpillar up close and I tried to capture it from several sides so that you can recognize this caterpillar and also see the beautiful details, but it is also necessary Please understand that after completing the immortalization I return the caterpillar to its natural habitat in the tree.

Delias hyparete or common jezebel is not only beautiful from the physical side after turning into an adult butterfly, but also has an interesting life cycle to study like other adult butterflies in general, first the butterfly will lay eggs on The leaves or host plant and the eggs will hatch and turn into caterpillars that I shared with you this morning, then continue to become pupae and finally become an adult butterfly that will go to the city park.
So I feel happy and proud to have such a beautiful discovery in the wild to share with you, and apologies for being late in publishing this post, I was very busy last night with some homework I needed to get done.
and now let's go to see the second type of caterpillar that I found in the forest yesterday, this caterpillar also has an attractive appearance, but their fur is rougher like thorns;
this is one type of caterpillar that will turn into a beautiful butterfly "Genus Acraea", a few days ago I shared a post about two types of beautiful butterflies and the Genus Acraea was one of the subjects in that post, I noticed this caterpillar has The way of life is very different from the first caterpillar, this caterpillar lives its life separately from the group and also lives in low places, another unique aspect is that this caterpillar moves very often and shows an aggressive attitude.
This caterpillar has a dark brown body color and black spines, so I advise you to be more careful when walking in tropical forests, this caterpillar will easily come into contact with your skin even accidentally, this is very possible because this caterpillar is in low places, and I guess your skin will feel itchy and burn if you touch them, so you should always be more careful and avoid direct contact with these caterpillars.
I captured several photos of this type of caterpillar in separate places, enjoy;

I wonder how the butterfly will look a like
These butterflies are very difficult to photograph with handphone camera, if I'm lucky I will share them here and tag you 🥰
They look like aliens from another planet eheh :D
and yeah they are aliens that will make our hands burn if touched, oh man, that's terrible ☺️☺️
ouch!
When I was little, I often accidentally touched caterpillars, and I always cried because it was hot and sore 😭
that is not good.
Yeah your right, not good
