Fungifriday || Coprinopsis lagopus mushroom

Hello all my friends

This is my contribution to #fungifriday organized by @ewkaw

today I found something very extraordinary to publish to all of you, how lucky I am, while walking in the rice fields I found a unique mushroom in the middle of a pile of rice straw that was just lying around, from afar I saw a group of beautiful mushrooms growing parallel to each other. between the gaps of dry straw that was starting to rot, and it was truly a beautiful sight to behold, once I looked at it more closely and realized that what I had just found was the "Coprinopsis lagopus" mushroom.

after observing them for a while, seeing how they grow in a unique way, then I did some searching to find information, and yeah I was lucky, I found the information about the origin of this fungus, the Coprinopsis lagopus fungus belongs to the psathyrellaceae family, this fungus is easy to find in several places during the rainy season such as pastures, gardens and most often found only in piles of organic material such as rice straw, as you can see in the picture, the Coprinopsis lagopus mushroom has a hat shape that resembles a trumpet with graded colors. from white to grayish black, when I touched it I could feel the soft texture of the mushroom body, and what was most striking was the aroma and black ink coming out of the mushroom cap.

what makes the discovery of mushrooms in the morning even more interesting is the quite unique fact, this mushroom has the ability to grow relatively quickly compared to other mushrooms, so for example, if at night you see this mushroom is still small and has not yet developed a mushroom cap then this is will change in the morning, you will find these mushrooms have developed simultaneously, so if you want to enjoy delicious dishes made from these mushrooms then you have to pick them when the mushroom cap is still sharp, in such conditions this mushroom has not released any ink will ruin your favorite dish, so pick them while it is still pointy is a good idea.

A very unique mushroom, what causes the black color of the mushroom?

as is the case with all mushrooms, this is caused by the age of the fungus, thank you very much for commenting
