Hi everyone, on this occasion I would like to show some photos of butterflies that I captured when they were pollinating longan flowers, their presence on my plants is very important because their presence helps the fertilization process of the plants, in this case these beautiful butterflies have a very important and invaluable role, they are an important part of the natural cycle that continues to run and is interconnected, where butterflies need pollen as their food, while longan flowers need these beautiful butterflies as pollinators.
they are one of the butterfly species that are easy to find anywhere and especially on flowering plants, this beautiful butterfly is popularly known as "Danaus chrysippus" and the distinctive color of its wings makes them an attraction among garden flowers, besides that this butterfly is included in the group of tame butterflies where they are easy to approach and do not feel threatened at all, this beautiful butterfly has two prominent horns, wide wings so they look very graceful when flying between one tree to another.
