That's a good start definitely!

Such a platform should however be made different from what already exists, otherwise there will be troubles to attract scientists. The question is what would this offer, compared with what already exists. To be concrete, I would like to understand why I should submit my preprints there instead of on the arxiv. This is a question that should be kept in mind when developing the platform.
