Sparking up the Tandori Oven

I may have grown up in the US and now live in Africa, but my brother in law is Indian. In 2016 I met up with my mother and sister in Mumbai and got to meet my brother in laws family and travel around India some. We spent some time in Mumbia, took a road trip to Goa and then another one to Nashik.

It was an amazing trip with equally amazing food and who would have guest India has such a wine industry and very tasty wines in Nashik. This was at a vineyard we were staying at, and that night the lit up the Tandori oven which created this beautiful light show.
