Monomad: Geastrum Mushroom
This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge.
The flicker radiating from under the tree caught my attention, approached it and saw a species of earthstar. If the night sky has shining stars, then during the day the earth also has stars, yes, that's the Geastrum mushroom or earth star.
There are small, medium and rather large appearances that I managed to capture of this beautiful mushroom. Enjoy some of these photos, monomad lovers.
