FungiFriday - Small mushroom: vermilion waxcap, amethyst deceiver & giant honey mushroom
Today's Friday issue, I want to show you three species of mushrooms.
The mushrooms that I get in the wild have their own unique shapes and colors.
As you have seen in the first three photos. These are small mushrooms; vermilion waxcap which has its scientific name Hygrocybe miniata. This fungus grows on muddy soil along with two small children.
Then, mushrooms that grow on the roots of trees that have rotted. This mushroom is commonly known as the Amethyst deceiver or Laccaria amethystina.
And again, the last three photos I've shown are mushrooms growing on tree bark. This mushroom is dubbed by the name of the honey mushroom which has its scientific name is Armillaria luteobubalina.
