What is the goal of blockchain technology?

Many people interested in this world of Blockchain and cryptocurrencies ever wondered what is the purpose of all this? What is the purpose of Blockchain technology? It is something that we have to take into account because simply this can end, being cryptocurrencies an asset that can be exchanged for FIAT money can worry many users, but why? Simply because if governments agree and want that cryptocurrencies are not exchanged for FIAT money then we can have cryptocurrencies but we will not be able to exchange them for FIAT money.

From my point of view I think that Blockchain technology is here to stay and this has allowed many people from different countries with political differences to use this as a benefit.

A very similar case is the one we have in North Korea and in some other countries where Blockchain technology is totally forbidden.

Why is Blockchain technology banned in some countries?

From my point of view simply Blockchain technology has a total transparency in transactions and it is something that I am almost sure that governments cannot control, because of this many cryptocurrency thefts and completely anonymous payments have arisen as we can find in the dark web for example.

There are very chilling cases of anonymous payments on the deep web that have been financed with Bitcoin and this has caused many governments, including the United Nations, to take action.

What are the uses of Blockchain technology?

Thanks to Blockchain technology we can keep track of our data and our transactions in a secure and transparent way. In order to understand this I want to give as an example the Hive Blockchain ecosystem and its blog hive.blog, everything we do in this information blog that can also be a social network is recorded in a blockchain and can not be deleted.

I would also like to mention that this is totally decentralized, we the users maintain this registry and the whole ecosystem, what are the benefits of this? Simply that we do not depend on a company or a financial institution.

The bad thing about being committed to an application or anything centralized is that if the company or institution wants to close its doors to users then we can also be affected with this, I want to place an example the Hive Blockchain whales, these whales which remain anonymous have at least 1 million dollars invested in the Hive Blockchain ecosystem guys.

What if the Hive Blockchain ecosystem is bought by a company? Many of us know Steemit, what happened with this was that a billionaire bought the system and it became decentralized, I'm not too sure about this but something like this was guys. What can happen if someone buys the Hive Blockchain ecosystem is that people get upset and leave the ecosystem. I don't think this will happen guys because if it does the whales will withdraw their money because the ecosystem is centralized and the one who has the power in this case is the owner or owners of the company.
