Proof of RF Weapons Testing on Civilians...

Was doing some research yesterday and ran across this document from 2010 declassified under the freedom of information act outlining the Defense Intelligence Agency testing RF / EMF / Microwave weapons on civilians to benchmark the effects...

https://www.dia.mil/FOIA/FOIA-Electronic-Reading-Room/FileId/170026/

While personally I've known this is going on for a long while now, this document is basically smoking gun evidence that the US government is complicit and knowingly doing weapons tests on their population and likely the population abroad.

The intelligence agencies of the world are about as corrupt and sociopathic as it comes. And this document clearly outlines not only that they are conducting these tests on civilians, but also children. If you do manage to take the time to read the whole document an incredibly dark picture begins to form. The governments and their subsidies are not our friends, they actively weapons test on unwilling participants and ultimately act with perceived impunity.

The world is absolutely fucked if we continue to allow organizations within thee worlds governments to pull this type of shit. There is no accountability and things that were once thought to reside only in the mind of those deemed schizoids are not only based in actuality, but ultimately are being honed for a far more broad deployment.

What does one even do when the very governments that are meant to serve the people of the planet are actively running operations on them? Whole situation is fucked and it will only get worse for everyone if we allow governments and corporations to continue this type of treasonous testing.

To be fair the majority isn't thinking much beyond their netflix and tiktok.

The individual can be incredibly intelligent.. Get people in a group and they generally come up with terrible ideas or habits. <_<

We need to continue to adopt and develop independent means, both in order to increase our own capabilities, and to continue to erode the power of our enemies. We often notice that things seem to barely progress for a long time, and then suddenly explode in effect, ability, or popularity. This is typical of exponential growth. It is apparent when looking at a chart comparing adoption and dispersion of new technologies in the 20th Century, such as automobiles, radio, television, and computers.

Another feature of exponential growth of technologies is that the more advanced they become the easier to use they are. It takes considerable skill to wield a sword well, while most anyone can point and shoot a 12 ga. Cell phones dispersed far more rapidly than ham radio, and achieved orders of magnitude broader adoption, because they're so simple infants can use them, and this is because they're so much more advanced technologically than Ham radio.

Do not let what appears to be stagnation discourage you regarding adoption and development of decentralized means of production. It takes careful consideration to note the advances in ease of use of the most recent iterations of 3D printers, like the X1 Carbon, over early models like Prusa M. I (I'm particularly excited about the inclusion of lidar on the X1 Carbon, despite it being only used for first layer location confirmation presently. Lidar is critical to myriad potential uses, such as mapping substrates other than build plates on which prints can be created, or enabling 'fill' to be continued until a given profile is reached, without requiring the user to model and map the entire process, and more than I can easily imagine). Like the launch of Terran 1 in March, 2023, and the Bambu Labs AMS multi-material system, I consider Lidar a key advance that will underlie many more advances yet to be conceived. We don't witness ourselves adoption broadening, because we don't image the population as a whole, but only that on our periphery.

This is why I was very excited to see a market garden level aquaponics setup in a building I did work on for a commercial property owner. Tenants in a 3 bd apartment had 3 2000 gal tanks of tilapia in the garage, and used their waste to feed plants along a sunny window wall and under LED lights in their unit, producing far more then they needed for their personal use. I live in a village, in relatively prosperous conditions, with abundant and extraordinarily fertile soil for gardening, where no one is desperate to grow their own food and forced to adopt aquaponics thereby. The dispersal and adoption of decentralized means of production is happening for myriad reasons particular to early adopters, but constantly, stealthily, and under the radar.

3D printers continue to develop ever more rapidly and to disperse more widely. At some point specific cultural or economic consonance will produce what appears to be a sudden tidal wave of decentralization. That will signify to me that the war is won and is beginning to end. Most people will only then realize there is a war ongoing.

We aren't there yet, but we are getting there.

Thanks!

100% agree with you here. Decentralized production means is super important. Been looking at aquaponics / tilapia / greens stuff a bit lately. Might not be a bad idea to have a source of both protein and vegetables available if the nt goes down or society fails.

Will have to look up the X1 Carbon and the Bambu Labs printer you've mentioned. I didn't realize they were getting so advanced. Already have some printers myself allowing large and long prints.. But nothing multi material yet!.

Most seem to be fixated on the firearms aspects of 3D printing, but it has so much more uses. Personally I use mine for all sorts of things, from radio stuff to rapid prototyping.

The HAM stuff is pretty rare up here. I've got a few radios and never managed to find anyone chatting, granted I don't have my license so I can't really transmit anything even if I did find it. Been tracking ADSB and whatnot for tracking planes.

Thanks for the informative reply as usual. Cheers captain!

Something I found that was really neat, was a video from the Philosophical Society of Washington that presented a new way to do chemistry using 3D printers. IIRC the video was 'How to Manufacture Drugs on Demand' and detailed a method to enable patients to manufacture their own prescriptions at home.

Enjoy!

look them patents up

but it is just old tech

so even before those pattents

you did not see 9/11 - even that proofs that it is all just old tech
