Therefore, there is still measure to control this through understanding the mechanism to withheld and prevent the shortcomings of this diseases which can be handle through diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and as well applying prevention strategies, hence there is need to arrest this situation as the rate of individuals increases

The generic known as the chronic disease in some instances comes comes as result of some outstanding factor such as genetic issues, physiological change, and as well environmental factors, hence all this diseases manifest gradually as man age up in number which came as result of intrinsic and as well extrinsic factors being attached to it.

Behind the age related disease issue is as result of cellular damage and as well oxidative stress all has it contribution in weighing down the human immunity and others, the DNA and as protein is being affected due to exposure to different defects such as the toxins, and as well radiation, hence all this leads to defect of the inflammatory response, hence all this are seen with people that suffer from arthritis disorder and so on.

Another Genetic mutation is also regarded as age related issues as this happens as a result of accumulated mutation over time which could lead to various illnesses within the body system, hence this risk can lead to some disease such as cancer and so on and so forth.

Hence with the inability of the body to functions well along as side with immune system is all align to the body defenselessness in fighting back disease, hence all this is tagged as the inability of the organ to replenish themselves, with deficiency to replenish and become proactive caused and lead to some chronic body conditioning such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease.

The lifestyle we keep and live with matters a lot as it have to do with our age, hence allowing to to be expose to some certain factors such as environmental pollution and others that affect the body system and allowing the body to age quick with the damages of the cells which causes metabolic dysfunction, thereby giving to for the attack of disease around the environment.

Hence in respect to all this age related ailment is as a result of genetic issues, the cell damage, damaged immune system and as well the lifestyle we all adopt to live with, hence with understanding how your body works and the implications of the lifestyle some one part take on can be crucial in determining the best mechanism to apply to overcome the age related disease in place to promote a healthy life that expand our life span.

As we know that involving ourselves in some lifestyle can implicate our health status, hence the way we live, means alot to some certain extent in place to be in a reputable health status, hence the following address this.

• Maintaining Our Health Diet: in response to this, there Is need for us to engage in taking measure that will balance our health status as we have to balance up our diet, hence is necessary to eat more of fruit, vegetables in other to maintain a balance lifestyle that suit the our age in response to stimulate enough energy, support proper growth and repair of the body tissues, in maintaining our weight, helps in nutritional absorption, it also helps in strengthen the bones and also in giving good brain functioning.

• Physical Activity: As we age the tendency is to reduce how we do our physical exercise, and seek for a suitable exercise that will match up with the current age as we advance, hence with exercise we can maintain our flexibility, and maintain our strength .

• Stay Hydrated: Even with a balance diet, there is need to Hydrated as is necessary to take more of water in order to support the proper functioning of the body system, hence this also helps to clear up and rejuvenate the organs and detoxification, digestion, regulating the body temperature which all help to build the body for a healthy life.

• Having An adequate Sleep /Rest: on this call for less in our activities that cause stress out of the entire body systems as we ought to have atleast 7-9 hour sleep under 24 hour of a day, hence with this will support bout physical and as well our mental reasoning, hence it helps in energy conservation, memory consolidation, Hormone Balance and as well pain management.

• Seek For For Professional Advice: Health care is not something anybody take laws into his hands, hence this needs expertism in order to give prescription and guideline on what to eat, do and what to avoid in order to maintain a Healthy lifestyle that will suit the aging, hence with this prevention of illness will be assumed, management of the health condition, improving and health recovery will be assumed and as well expand the lifespan.

Still very young and kicking hence hardly pays attention to age related illness. Staying young 16 has always been the plan of everyone but the year still keep going as time clocks. Oh I only want to be young so I won't look like grandma and grandpa who is always down everyday with one doctor's diagnosis to the next. Oh it's because my grandparents are old so they are faced with these challenges but I would be young forever ✌️✌️✌️☺️☺️☺️. Your grand parents were like you years ago and today they are down with age related illness. Soon you'll get to their age and would come down with these conditions but with appropriate care, you would tend to keep it afar. I love the work you've put in making research for age related illness as most individuals ain't aware of them. The aged need to be educated appropriately on how to care for themselves through public awareness that can be carried out by the Government or NGOs. Thank you for your effort 😊😊😊
